  1. aCommunity state type: a group of community states with similar microbial phylotype composition and abundance identified via unsupervised clustering (Figure1).
  2. bEstimate: the value of the coefficient in the logistic regression model for a binary variable indicating whether (1) or not (0) a given sample was assigned in the community state named in column 1. The value of the coefficient represents the log of the odds ratio that the sample belongs to the community state indicated in column 1 given that the sample belongs to a pregnant woman (as opposed to a non-pregnant woman).
  3. cq-value: the False Discovery Rate adjusted p-value across all 5 community types that were tested.
