Correlation of sample pairs. Pearson product–moment correlation values for two sets of paired samples: brush vs. biopsy method sample pairs and paired technical replicates of the DNA amplification and sequencing process. Excepting one outlier, brush-biopsy pairs correlated exclusively above 0.87, with a mean R2 of 0.94. All technical replicate pairs correlated above 0.93 with a mean R2 of 0.99.
