Relative abundance at the family, genus, and OTU levels. RA BAL samples showed a significant decrease in Actynomyces (and related OTUs), Burkholderia (and related OTUs), and Treponema (and Prevotella-related OTU), compared to healthy controls. A similar trend for Burkholderia and the family Spirochaetaceae was observed for sarcoid BAL.
