A positive correlation was found for clusters 1, 5, and 7 with the PCV7 era (coefficients 0.18, 0.10, and 0.13; P < 0.0001, P = 0.007, and P = 0.0003, respectively), and for clusters 2, 6, and 8 with the PCV13 era (coefficients 0.13, 0.10, and 0.08; P = 0.0005, P = 0.006 and P = 0.04, respectively).
