The position of each circle is determined by the contribution of the indicated compartments to the total relative abundance. The colors of circles mark the OTUs significantly enriched among different radiations to plant (false discovery rate < 0.01). The numbers of differentiate OTUs are displayed at the vertex of the ternary plots
