Following the publication of the original article [1], the author reported that there is a typo error in Table 1, page 13. The correct CGMCC/KCTC/NBRC accessions for “Faecalibacterium hominis” taxonomy shoud be “CGMCC 1.5250” and not “CGMCC 1.52500”. Cells are rod-shaped, non-motile. Growth in modified MGAM medium occurs at 37 °C, pH 7.0–7.5, in 3–10 days. The genomic DNA G+C content of the type strain is 59.53 mol%.
